Milca Jane Cameseria

Milca is a 16-year-old Girl Scout from the Philippines, and an Advocacy Champion of the Girl Powered Nutrition (GPN) Programme, a Global Programme run by the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, (WAGGGS) through their Member Organisations in four countries -Madagascar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Tanzania - chosen because of their high rates of adolescent malnutrition amongst girls and wherein it enables girls to be agents of change at local, national and global levels and advocate for an end to malnutrition. She is also a WAGGGS delegate for this year’s Commission on the Status of Women (CSW65), an ambassador for International Women’s Day 2021, and part of the WAGGGS team for Generation Equality. Milca just recently graduated from Junior Highschool and plans to proceed on the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) strand in Senior Highschool
