Hi! I’m Eugenia, an environmental educator and activist passionate about food systems, climate change, and culture. Born and raised in Hong Kong, my experience in food systems spans the F&B sector, public policy, research, and education. I manage the platform Eugreenia (https://instagram.com/eugreenia), where I aim to make food and climate education accessible. I also write for Re-Earth Initiative, a global youth-led nonprofit advocating for climate justice. Food is a multi-pronged tool to tackle social, economic, and ecological inequities. I am especially excited about community-led, regenerative approaches to food systems transformation.
