Hi, I’m Heloísa, a brazilian activist and plant-based chef working in vegan restaurants across South America and Europe for the past 4 years. My passion for plant-based cooking developed from the curiosity to explore the limits and possibilities of 100% plant-based cuisine. Since then, I completed my studies and specialization in plant-based gastronomy, and most importantly, I’ve sought ways to share this knowledge with my community. By being part of NGO projects, I’ve had the opportunity to give workshops on culinary techniques, participate in UN conferences, and raise the topic of why this dietary shift is so crucial for communities most affected by the impacts of climate change. Now, at ACT4FOOD, I’m eager to gain more knowledge about this global movement and share new experiences with my colleagues on the Youth Team.
