Hi, I’m Stella! I am passionate about promoting health and nutrition, translating research into actionable solutions, and driving long-lasting behaviour change – especially in underserved communities.
With a strong academic background in nutrition, I hold an MSc in Nutrition from the University of Leeds and a BSc in Nutrition Science from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). My experience includes leading a nutrition intervention program at a childcare centre in Brisbane, Australia, which increased vegetable consumption among preschoolers by 30% through engaging educational initiatives.
Currently, I am exploring opportunities in higher education within nutrition, epidemiology, and public health. I am dedicated to bridging the gap between science and practice, ensuring that evidence-based strategies drive meaningful, real-world impact.
